Jared had the urge to make a bacon lettuce avocado sandwich for lunch.  So he picked up an avocado, toasted some sliced wheat bread we’d frozen and fried up that bacon…  The fat from the bacon and the creamyness from avocado was so ridiculously good.  Definitely not for the faint of heart (literally!).
