Eating Down the Fridge: Day 7, El Fin / by Alice Zhao

Ahhh, the end of the challenge. We're sad that it's the end of the challenge, but we're also happy to re-stock the fridge since we were starting to run out of fresh produce! We started Sunday off with a yummy brunch. Jared made a his and hers plate for us- my weapon of choice: regular bacon, and Jared's: Canadian bacon. And to top it all off, Jared quickly sauteed the last of the spinach in the fat drippings. Ok ok. I know. It's seriously bad for you. But let me tell you, if this is wrong, then I surely don't want to be right. ;)

The canadian bacon and last of the leftover diced red and green peppers made yet another appearance later that night for our fried rice! I can't complain. I like me some fried rice.
