We both spent Christmas Eve working on more christmas goodies. I worked on my second batch of homemade marshmallows- I cut them smaller to make it more suitable for hot cocoa.
Jared made his Fleur de Sel caramels. He got his base recipe from Gourmet, but over time he's changed it a little bit. And this time he covered them in chocolate before he topped it with a small sprinkling of fleur de sel.
