Everybody thinks we eat well every day, but there are definitely days when convenience wins over quality. The other day, we literally had nachos for dinner. Granted Jared made guacamole with the leftover avocados from the sushi night and some seasoned ground beef. But we ate. just. nachos.

Last night we ended up steaming some frozen dumplings. Definitely a step up from nachos or Ricobene's.
