What We Really Eat During the Week- Salt and Pepper Pork / by Alice Zhao

One of our favorite go-to places for cheap (but authentic) Chinese food is Triple Crown Express over on 31st and Halsted. Salt and Pepper Pork is pretty standard for us. Jared also made a quick slaw with thinly sliced cabbage and a sesame dressing. (We're starting to get become really addicted to this dressing).

Now this is what we call semi-homemade. Quite different from Sandra Lee's idea of semi-homemade (nasty!). Btw, this $8.80 dish (there's more than what is shown in the picture) provided dinner and lunch the next day for the both of us. Score!
