We invited a few people over to help us finish up the rest of the sliced beef for yet another sukiyaki night (as if that was a bad thing). Now, I absolutely love a good fruit tart, so when our friends picked up a Whole Foods fruit tart for dessert, I was absolutely ecstatic. The custard was light and instead of using syrup, it was a light and and oh so delicately sweet gelee that held the fruit together. I think the picture pretty much speaks for itself! Even though the 7 of us were absolutely stuffed, we scarfed this bad boy down with no problem.
