Wow! I'm so glad I found your site!! I'm chinese but sadly didn't learn that much asian cooking when I'm staying with my parents. Now I'm just crazy looking for Asian recipes online…I LOVE your Kalbi Tang recipe!!I'm just wondering…do you know a dish thats Japanese thats called something like onotakoyai??? Its like takoyaki but its cooked flat like a pancake with cabbage, carrots etc serve with japanese mayo and sweet sauce and those flaky dry fish thing. It would be GREAT if you know what i mean anyway love you all but you guys look so cute together!!!

hi carolyn! we're so glad you found us =) i think you're talking about okonomiyaki, one of my favorite japanese dishes! we make that a lot at home and it's pretty easy but somehow we have never gotten around to writing down a recipe for it. we'll try to do that soon.
