I find it very hard to describe this meal so I’ll keep it short. In all honesty, I’d have to say that this meal wasn’t mind blowing. But it was cleverly crafted, perfectly executed, and amazingly fresh and rich. Now that we’ve got The French Laundry crossed off our list, we’re ready to move on! El Bulli, here we come (just kidding! wait, no I’m not).

    Everything is so delicate and pristine! Love the shots you guys took, and I’m glad you guys were shameless enough to ask to go to the kitchen (I’m surprised they said yes but that’s so awesome!!)…we had our cheap rendition of FL here in ATL at Bacchanalia this month but it certainly doesn’t compare to this finery.
