I find it very hard to describe this meal so I’ll keep it short. In all honesty, I’d have to say that this meal wasn’t mind blowing. But it was cleverly crafted, perfectly executed, and amazingly fresh and rich. Now that we’ve got The French Laundry crossed off our list, we’re ready to move on! El Bulli, here we come (just kidding! wait, no I’m not).
